The Purple Sound band practice room is one of the most comfortable purpose built band rehersal rooms in Cairns.
We have a drum kit ready to roll, guitar amps, basses and vocal mics ready for for your band to use.
Simply come in, and practise.
There is a full featured kitchen with tea, coffee and biscuits, a fridge to stock with your favourite beer, plus T.V., DVD, video, Sony Playstation, shower and toilet.
The band practice and rehearsal room is fully airconditioned and sound proofed; and the biggest plus is that it is in an industrial complex meaning there are no neighbours to annoy! So you can rehearse without worrying.

The band practice room is located in the Purple Sound recording complex located in the centre of Cairns, close to all amenities and shops.
The band rehearsal room is $25/hour (inc GST) and includes the use of the P.A. Use of the already setup drum kit is an additional $5 (inc GST) per hour.
Minimum booking of 2 hours required.
Final bill will be calculated from the time your booking starts so please remember to arrive on time.
Payment to be made immediately after your practice session.
Cash, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. No eftpos is available at this stage.
